Please note that the guarantee is valid for all vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes as detailed in the agreement. This includes all fixed mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic components included in the original equipment list of the vehicle, except those specifically excluded under this clause.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of materials and labour for the following parts:
Fast wearing parts include: axle bearing, thrust bearing, brake caliper, brake pads, brake shoes, brake discs, brake drum, brake lines, wipers: disc, lever, nozzle and profiled rubber; clutch pressure plate, clutch disc and clutch adjustment work, tie rods, tie rod heads, steering damper, chassis springs, swing arm bearing, chassis parts subject to rapid wear such as chassis shock absorbers, struts, chassis tyres (e.g.silent block ), stabilisers, chassis alignment/measuring (but level control);
- parts that are regularly replaced during maintenance and care;
- all set-up work, software updates, and resetting without the damaged part, brake maintenance;
- fuel system filters/seals, fuel delivery system cleaning or adjustment;
- starter, support and hybrid battery, and electric drive battery (maintenance/charging/replacement);
- checking fluid levels and operating and auxiliary fluids such as fuel, chemicals (but topping up the air conditioning system is under warranty), refrigerants and antifreezes,
- hydraulic fluid, oils, greases and other lubricants, filters;
- cooling and heating water hoses, hydraulic lines, hoses and tanks;
- replacement of drive belts and drive belts for service equipment, replacement of V-belts and ribbed V-belts;
- exhaust system, not including catalytic converter and/or particulate filter;
- car keys, remote control/transmitter and receiver, remote control components, bulbs, xenon bulbs, mechanical parts for door locks and locking devices, lighting (including LED), car horn, horn lights,
- automotive wiring / optical cable technology;
- tyres/wheels, steel and alloy wheels, hubcaps, centring;
- adjustment work on the boot, sliding and slat roofs, car roofs, vehicle doors, bonnet, leaks, squeaking and clicking noises;
- all types of seals and sealing work (except for sealing rings, axle sealing rings, drive shaft and steering shaft rubber bushings, valve stem sealing rings and cylinder head gaskets).
- additional equipment not supplied by the manufacturer;
- operating and auxiliary materials, chemicals, filter cartridges, refrigerants and antifreezes, hydraulic fluids, oils, greases and lubricants; This exclusion applies to isolated failures of materials and to cases where refilling/refilling is necessary due to main part replacement.
